团体网球运动国家排名积分是怎么计算的？

【以下只讲戴维斯杯】
首先，戴维斯杯这里共显示133个国家，我国排32，这是什么水平呢？个人感觉排在我们之前的国家，总有叫得出名字的球员；排在我们之后的国家，看国家名字就很难想起来有哪个球员来自这个国度了，差不多也就是该国球员单双打排名都在100开外。
目前最新排名截图如下（昔日的网球大国美国现在11，好手辈出的西班牙竟然才13。。。叹息ing）

Rankings Explained 排名说明
The ITF Davis Cup Nations Ranking measures the success of all nations participating in the competition over a rolling four year period with recent performance weighted more heavily.
After each round the ranking period adjusts and any results outside the adjusted four year period drop off. At the same time, points from the same round for the three previous years are reduced, as per the points table below. Therefore, 100 points would become 75, then 50, then 25 over the four years.
戴维斯杯以滚动的四年为一个计算周期，四年内的积分都加起来，是总积分。
但前几年的积分需要折旧，越新获得的积分权重越大：最近52周内的积分按100%计；再往前52周获得的积分需要折四分之一，仅算原积分的75%；依次递减，50%，25%；超过四年后该积分变为0。
The points stated are awarded to the winning team in that round. A nation losing in the World Group first round, for example, earns 0 points for that tie. In addition, any nation that defeats a higher-ranked nation receives bonus points according to its opponents ranking, as per the points table below.
某一轮次中，仅胜利的队伍能够获得该轮积分，输的一方获得的是上一轮次的积分，如果是第一轮输了，获得的积分就是0。
此外，战胜排名比自己高的队伍能够获得额外奖励积分，具体奖励多少看对方队伍排名而定，有表格可参考。
Unique to tennis, there are additional bonus points for any nation that is able to win on an opponents home ground in the World Group, Group I or Group II. If an away nation wins a tie, a 25% ‘away win bonus’ is added to the total points (win + ranking bonus) for that tie.
另外，如果客场战胜了主场球队，也能获得额外奖励积分。

For example, if a nation received 110 round points and 10 bonus points for winning a tie, making a total of 120 points, if it had won away it would then receive 25% of this total (30 points) in addition, making a total of 150 points.

如果一个国家获得110轮次积分和10分战胜高排名积分，共120分，并且是客场战胜，将额外获得120的25%即30分，于是总共获得的积分是150分。

- Only winning nations receive the above cumulative ranking points.- Bonus points, as shown above, for defeating higher ranked nations will be added when appropriate to each tie in World Group, Group I and Group II.
- Bonus points do not apply in Groups III and IV.
- If the number of teams in Europe/Africa Groups I and II exceeds 16 or the number of teams in Asia/Oceania and Americas Groups I and II exceeds eight, then 200 points will be awarded for a first round win, 400 for a second round win and 600 for a third round win.

是一个层级关系，group4最低，等级依次增高，同一等级又按地区分组，组内展开比赛，胜队次年升一级，输队次年降一级，group4不再降级。
